Reporting fraudulent email

To help protect secure and sensitive information of our customers, please forward emails that appear suspicious and fraudulent to fraudunit@cascadebank.com

Credit or debit/ATM card fraud

Follow these steps to protect your cards:

Credit Cards

  • Sign your card immediately
Credit cards are not valid until signed. Merchants will also be able to compare this signature to that on other identification to confirm validity.
  • Always take your receipt
Never leave receipts at the checkout counter or gas pump. Destroy any duplicates or carbons.

Debit/ATM Cards

  • Be aware of your surroundings at an ATM
Take a look around. If you notice anything or anyone suspicious, leave the area and report the incident.
  • Protect your information
Shield the keypad to keep others from seeing your PIN.
  • Secure your cash and card
When you've finished your transaction, immediately put away your cash and card, keeping them out of plain sight.
